1:1 Coaching Sessions
These 3 sessions are placed at specific points within the program to ensure you are successful in reaching your health goals. These are to ensure you have specific personalized time to focus on you on top of the weekly calls you can attend and make sure no-one gets left behind (which doesn't happen because we track your progress with you).

Weekly Group Coaching Calls
Connect with your coach every week to help keep you accountable, answer any questions and help you push through your barriers that are keeping you from reaching your goals. Coaching Calls are capped to ensure everyone gets personalized coaching time.

Action Plan Reviewed Weekly With Personalized Feedback:
Need some reassurance along the way? Want to make sure you are following the roadmap right or using the workbooks/journals correctly? Every week you submit your action plan and receive personalized video feedback from the coach answering all the questions, celebrating your wins and giving you a little pep talk when needed.

Resource Request
Our number one priority for this program is you and your success. If something is missing, you think something needs changed or you have an idea for something that could help - put in a request. Maybe you would like a certain check point on your planner, a longer meditation for night time or help with a specific exercise. If we can create it in house and think it will benefit the program we will do everything we can to make it happen. Then it will be included in the program for you to use!

Maintenance

  • Things are always exciting at first, right? Learn what it takes to keep those healthy habits going
  • ​Keep implementing your strategy and learn how to review so that you keep feeling healthy, having fun and making progress
  • Learn some suggestions so that you have variety and don't lose interest in living those health goals
  • ​​Have a refresh plan for when you need an extra boost of motivation, feel like you have lost focus or you feel you have lost momentum
